Read MoreThis is by far one of the worst Doctors offices I have ever been to in my entire life! Dr OKOBAH is absolutely horrible! I have been a patient there for about five years now and I can honestly say this office needs to be shut down! It took over a year to get documentation of my condition and even after paying for paperwork, given the runaround and Given many excuses as to why the simple excuse note was not completed.I was asked to come into the office five different times for the same paperwork. After I had already been approved for a letter to be written on my behalf by FNP Andrea Rose stating that my condition was too severe for me to complete Community Service Dr OKOBAH refused to sign the lettter and started that the letter would not be given to me. She said that nurse practitioner Rose never agreed, and she was not a doctor. She was only a nurse practitioner which I found to be rude and very disrespectful. I have never experienced a doctor, who is seeing a patient for a motor vehicle accident and never even touch the patient or felt that it was necessary to order imaging when I complained of numbness and tingling in my left arm and shoulder for at least 2 to 3 days! The turnaround in this office is terrible and majority of the staff is not knowledgeable. If I wasn’t receiving contradicting information I wasn’t receiving information at all. I have even looked inside my chart on the online portal and noticed there were lab results that came back positive over a year ago that I was never contacted about nor discussed with. I find it terrifying that this office is still open with the amount of patient neglect I have witness first hand! If I were you, I would continue my doctor search elsewhere because this place is despicable! I am thinking about seeking legal representation Due to the way, I was treated in the lack of care I received, and the lack of compassion. This doctor shows for her patient especially one with life altering illnesses!
