Read MoreI went with my 19 months old daughter to see Dr Fox, the receptionist to begin with was not welcoming, even when I said hi. She was unsmiling and did not say hi back and ask me for my daughter’s last name. After filling some additional paper works, she close her window without a word. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes with no word from anyone. Mind you, I was the only one in the waiting room. My appt was at 2, I got to the office 10 minutes early. At 2:30 when I did not see Dr fox or anyone else I knock on the window and ask what is happening, the receptionist answered Dr Fox is still with someone else and it will be another 10-15 minutes. That would have made 45 minutes of waiting. My toddler was getting restless sitting in her stroller. I told them I will have to reschedule because apparently Dr Fox does not know when she will be done and I am not waiting any longer. They offer me an other appointment in May, with no apologies. I told her no and, I will go somewhere else. This office is very unprofessional and unfriendly. I will never advise anyone I know to go there. As a nurse myself, people don’t go see a doctor without need. They need more compassion and kindness towards their clients. I am paying for their service. I need to be treated with respect and kindness. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
