Read MoreI made an appt for my disabled daughter to establish care. The soonest they could get her in was about 4 months out. I was given the office address. Today is the day of the appt. I take off work early, get my disabled adult daughter ready to go, into the car. Get to the office building, BJC medical building 2 (like we were instructed), walk in and can't locate the office. We knock on one of the office doors and the woman thatcanswered told us that Dr Schuetz relocated to Boonslick Rd. I was shocked and said I didn't know, no one notified us. The woman replied that everyone has been saying that.
I called Dr Schuetz's new phone number that we were just given. I spoke to someone in scheduling and told her what happened. She apologized and said she just began working at the new office. Obviously it wasn't her fault. That responsibility and failure falls on the office manager. We won't be back. That is 4 months of waiting for the appointment and a few hours of sick leave I waisted on a doctors office that doesn't care enough about their patients to notify them that they have relocated. Wow!!!
