I made it to my appointment on time and after waiting 45 minutes I went to the front desk to see why they were taking so long to call my name, meanwhile there were other patients that were coming and going. The staff told me the doctor was running late and I should be the next one to be called in. Needless to say, I wasn't and decided to leave. I was on my lunch break and had to get back to my office. I was very inconvenience and I expressed my concerns and disappointment to the doctor via email through "My Chart" and I STILL haven't heard back from them or received an apology. It's been more than a month! My appointment was made 3 months months in advance. I will NOT be going back here.
