I grant that ultimately he should mark it down to. They refused to forgive this and dropped him as a patient. This has happen before they put wrong time on cad and when I showed up they told me I was late. Dr. Dillion as a doctor first he will make your child or patient do labs, EKG, and drug test before doing anything. He doesn’t really talk to patient or listen. He then prescribes medicine he thinks is best. These Covid appt. have been worse ever because they don’t call to remind and they treat you like your just another dollar for them. They haven’t seen people in office. The staff needs to take ownership for there lack of customer care.
