Read MoreVery disorganized. My name was written incorrectly multiple times, I had requested it to be updated many times and each time it was written incorrectly a different way. This made it challenging to log in and work with their office. Each time you call the office, you're guaranteed a 30min wait to talk to someone. My CT Scan was denied and the Dr and office did not try to fix or rectify the situation. The insurance company told me they just needed to request a different type of CT Scan, but that was never done. So they cancelled and denied the request. If you're looking for care and attention as a patient, this is not the place to go.
