I tried calling Dignified on two difference occasions. I'm also writing this review at 6:34AM. Why am I writing this review at 6:34AM you ask? Well, their new building backs up to residential properties, and I am at least 3 houses away from their building and I've again been woken up by their bass.
We are all proud you guys are up at 6:34AM working out, but do you really need to blast music throughout our entire neighborhood? I do not know how the houses closer to you deal with this.
Again, I tried calling two different times and the phone number is a google voice number and eventually just goes to voicemail, but please respect those who live near your building.
I'll remove this review once you go a week without blasting music before 7am.
Edit, as a response to your comment.
It would be respectful to have your speakers setup in a way that contains the music to your patrons and not broadcast throughout a residential neighborhood, especially at 6:30AM on weekdays and weekends.
I'm not sure "working to keep it a little lower" is going to cut it, but I'm not here to give you business nor legal advice.
If you still think that you need to have your music cranked up to 10 for the enjoyment of your members, while disregarding your neighbors who do not enjoy their house vibrating at 6:30AM, I heavily suggest you take a look at Waterford Zoning Ordinance 2-206 , paying close attention to 2-206.5 and decide on how you wish to proceed.
Thank you for responding, I'm sure you will make the proper decision.
Edit #2. We have not been awoken by bass from your facility since I posted this, Thank you for respecting your residential neighbors.
