I’ll start off by saying: If the one star reviews scare you, don’t let them. Go have your own experience here and form your own opinion for a review.1.) Since so many people complain about the money, they were up front about money with me and what my insurance may or may not cover. In no way did I feel like they were money grabbing, I simply felt like I was being informed- as for tone with that, so many people complain about money that I’m sure the poor front desk people are tired. It gets old. These are specialist, they’re spendy but they’ve had great schooling, good experience, good equipment and they’re worth it.2.) Both employees that I interacted with over the phone were lovely. In person, also lovely, and I even interrupted their conversation.3.) There were a lot of patients and they get a lot of referrals, so yes, the experience may not seem as catered to you as the one and only as you’d like it to be, but that doesn’t mean their service is any less for it.I went in for a consult with incredible anxiety, the girl who was helping me cracked some jokes which really helped to ease that. She listened to my saga of mouth woes and we talked about my tattoos and piercings in between stages of the consultation and it was nice. Dr. Housley came in and he was attentive and listened to me recount my story, he did multiple checks before deciding on a 3D xray - I have felt like I was crazy for almost three years now. DE FINALLY gave me somewhere to start with a referral to an oral surgeon, and I left informed that that may not be enough and I may be back but that my extra root should be the root of my problem. Thanks Desert endodontics!
