We originally took her to our regular vet and I honestly think they did their best, but after several weeks of tests and treatments, they had no answers for us. After our first visit here, which included very thorough consultation with us as well evaluation of our dog, the vet told us she believed it was a mild infection made worse by underlying allergies. She sent us home with allergy pills and a topical treatment and she was right! After weeks of worrying my beloved dog had everything from ringworm to parasites, I was infinitely grateful to the vet here for giving me peace of mind. I admit I had seen this place years ago and thought taking a dog to a dermatologist seemed ridiculous but I was wrong. Their specialty clearly made it possible for them to better diagnose and treat my dog.
