BE AWARE!!I went to this office and had two crowns done on my front teeth. I already had some crowns, at the top and the bottom of my mouth. Each time I went to have my teeth cleaned, the hygienist would tell me how nice my crowns were, and how well I had taken care of them. She wanted to know, how I had kept my bridges in such good shape. I had my teeth cleaned twice at this office, after having the crowns done last year at this office. This time (three weeks ago) the hygienist X-rayed (I don’t know why she x-rayed my teeth, I was not due a x-ray and did not ask for one)and then cleaned my teeth, using one of those little magnifying mirrors that the dentist usually use when examining your teeth, she then proceeded cleaning my teeth so rough , pulling, and picking on the sealants of my top bridge causing me pain while cleaning my teeth and doing damage to that bridge. At the time, I could not figure out why she was pressing and pulling so hard on my top bridge, causing deep pain that almost caused me to blank out, during a simple cleaning. I also noticed later she had picked and pulled, putting little hole on one of my other crown near the gum. Since that cleaning my top bridge has never stop throbbing, and the back of it has been broken, it was not broken when I went there that morning. Once the sealant on a bridge or crown is broken or damage you will have to replace it. When she finished cleaning my teeth, I discovered my bridges at the bottom and top of my mouth had been damaged and my gum were swollen for several days after that cleaning. As of today, from that cleaning my gum are still sore and has never felt the same. If I had been a white person, I don’t believe, the hygienist would have damaged my bridges, where is her moral values and integrity. Now I am having to spend over $2500 out of pocket to correct the damage done by having my teeth cleaned at this office. I truly believe that my crowns were damage intentionally by the dental hygienist for financial gain (for me to come back and get new bridges, which would cost $3,600). I just had those crowns redone in 2019 and 2020 by a different office. I wish I had never gone to them. Instead of them helping me to preserve my teeth, they were doing damage to my teeth. Please also keep track of your payments on your account. I paid them $1600 while waiting to get authorization from my insurance company to pay 50% of that cost. Once the insurance paid them. I was supposed to get $800 back. It had been about 3 months after the insurance had paid them, they never notified me that the insurance company had paid them. I had to call my insurance company to find that out. After that I had to call them for two months, every other week before I got my $800. If I had never call to check on my reimbursement, I believe, I would not have gotten my money back. I was not going to write this review, but if it helps someone to be aware and cautious, and not end up with damage teeth, bridges or crowns it’s worth my time. I won’t be going back there for any dental work!
