Read MoreI would say this place is amazing; the only bad experience I had was when I was in an accident. I needed to be checked out after for my insurance and for my personal lawyer to file on the case. It took a bit, but they did see me and got me square away. Now the good I’ve been sick multiple times, and each time I have gone to Long's office. Everyone behind the front desk is nice and often remembers names off of a 1-minute interaction. The nurses have always been sweet and ask if I need a throw-up bag or if I need water. I can even open my door after throwing up and ask for a cup and get an "of course." They are very good people. Long is good at what he does; he is nice, very knowledgeable in many aspects, and overall a good man, which I respect. Kristen is one of my favorites; she is so sweet and knowledgeable as well; she was very helpful when I was sick as a dog with the flu. Last but not least, Stephanie is who I saw most recently. My coworker got COVID two days prior, and then I was feeling sick. She canceled out COVID and the flu and let me know it was probably just a bad stomach bug, and well, what do you know? She was right. It cleared up within about 2 days, and by the 4th, I was fine. Everyone here is highly educated and experienced, and personally, I will continue to go to Lubbock Cooper Health Center.
