I called Dr. Huttman's office about a referral appointment from my Doctor. The receptionist asked me if I was a new patient and I said yes, that's why I'm calling you, to find out where your office is and what insurance papers that might you need. She said have you had any x-rays lately ? I said the I had a MRI a couple of weeks ago for this appointment. She said where did you have this MRI? I said Belle Harbor. She informed me that I had to go get the disk and bring it to them. I said excuse me, but why can't you have them send it to you electronically or mail it because we still have 10 days before the appointment. I live 15 miles from Belle Harbor and 25 miles from your office, that's a little too much for me when I'm the patient AKA "The Customer" ! She said we don't do that ! That's on YOU ! You have to bring it to us ! I said do I have to do any pre-surgery prep work for you too? How about if I just take a surgery course so I can do my own surgery and you can still bill me for it? I don't need your attitude lady, and you can just cancel my appointment, there are a lot of other Doctors in the Tidewater area and I don't need any "prima donna" attitudes from you or anyone else ! Your "Customer Service" is supposed to be exactly that , CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I have never had the chance to meet Dr.Hittman you I can bet that because of you, that will never happen now ! Bill Watson
