Read MoreI normally HATE the dentist…. But not this one! The positive reviews are legit, which is why after not having been to a dentist in 7 years… I was terrified but willing to try them. From the second I stepped in they could tell I was anxious and didn’t want to be at “the dentist” but continuously reassured me we can take it at my own pace. Thank goodness I put my trust in them!
Dora the office manager, is just the sweetest and kind hearted person, and helped me from running out the door. Alejandra was also very kind and sincere. We ended up having amazing conversations before and after my dental exam with the dentist. Many thanks to Breanna who took care of my X-rays and my much needed cleaning! She was a joy to talk to throughout the procedures.
I was very blessed to get booked with Tuan Nguyen as my dentist. Even though I had some cavities and some cracked teeth in the very back from clenching, he didn’t make me feel depressed, upset or have negative thoughts about it. In fact, I feel very excited and positive about the plan they put together and reassured any and all work needed will be as stress free as possible. I already have 2 appointments booked, and do not feel ashamed unlike the previous place where I was so traumatized it took years for me to be willing to see a dentist again.
If you are scared, hesitant, anxious or anything in between, Cypress Smiles will take good care of you and you should feel better about yourself after leaving than before you went in. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! Thank you all… I will see you soon!
