Tia was great at reintroducing me to group classes. This is the first time I've been back to a gym since Mar 2020 and I've been slowly getting back into regaining the strength and endurance I lost over the last couple of years. The warmups and exercises are an excellent way to spend an hour of your day, and the exercises can be scaled back to your skill set and capabilities - including catering to injuries or other ailments.
Moreover, Tia's use of technology has helped improve the overall experience from class scheduling to logging workouts, and even the InBody experience to track your progress. I use them all and I'm thankful I reached out to schedule my first free class which got me hooked!
I wouldn't consider this crossfit, but there are movements that can be complex and different from other places (think competition-style lifts like cleans, jerks, snatches, etc). But have no fear, Tia walks through all the movements one step at a time, and you have the option to pick the weight you're most comfortable and capable of while Tia watches your form to prevent injury.
I've been attending for a little over a month now and I look forward to many more months ahead! 💪
