Before joining, I was out of shape, had never set foot in a CrossFit gym, and I was a little intimidated to try CrossFit. I did see the results that friends and coworkers had achieved from doing CrossFit and knew that it would offer the structure and accountability that I needed to stick with a program. I am now about 9 months in and have seen noticeable changes in my strength, endurance, and body composition.
What I Love:
-They offer a 5:30am class, which is ideal for my schedule.
-The workouts are scalable so that anyone can do them, no matter their level of fitness.
-How positive and encouraging the trainers and other members would be. I didn’t really expect this from a gym.
-The trainers really focus on making sure people do movements properly to avoid injury.
-Good communication about updates, events, changes, etc.
-They offer one-on-one training, nutrition coaching, specialized group classes, and other events.
