Read MoreI was extremely sick with pneumonia, and went an hour before closing to get necessary over the counter medicine. When I went to pay I couldn't help notice the lack of care given that 1. I was standing an open register that was unattended and 2 the cashier that was present at another register was on her phone and oblivious to the fact that I was standing there cause she was glue to her phone and talking to her friend at the store. After I stood there for 30-45 sec, she finally noticed me and yet still took her time getting off her phone to help me. Super unprofessional. why are employees on the phone when customers are standing there waiting to be rung up. WAS SUPER RUDE.
