I was a member at corefit for about a year and a half, attending classes 4–5 times a week. After growing up playing sports, I really struggled to find something that kept me motivated once I stopped. Traditional gyms lacked accountability and felt boring. I tried different workout classes, but found that nothing was mentally and physically stimulating enough—until I found this gym.
The class emphasis changes daily and each one focuses on something different, but no matter the workout, you’ll be catching your breath by the end. The programming is smart, challenging, and constantly engaging.
I can’t recommend this place and the coaching staff enough. Tristen, Sierra, Beth, Anna, and Melissa—you are all superstars! Along with all the friends I made, your energy, knowledge, and encouragement made every workout something to look forward to.
I had to move a couple of hours away and sadly had to leave, but I miss corefit dearly.
