I used to call directly to the clinic speak with the doctor or her nurse and they knew everything. Now it’s horrible, I’m directed to a general place where they don’t know you they know nothing. My mother has Parkinson’s and falls frequently, before whenever she was in emergency the clinic knew and would call immediately. My mother fell Sunday we were in the ER for 8 hours, and we were advise to make an appointment with her Dr within 12 hours. I called Monday the general place took my call told me they were going to contact the Dr for the appointment. Next day I got a call from somebody named “Stacy” from NY for information that I already had given this person even didn’t know what palmetto hospital was😡. I had to find the i for for the hospital to give them. Once again “she” says I will contact the Dr. and relay the patients needs. Today Thursday I just showed up at the clinic and the dDr or nurse knew nothing of my mothers accident or needs. What progress is this. It’s disgusting playing with peoples lives and needs in the name of progress when the only thing I see it’s the interest of getting more patients and not give them what they need. I regret telling friends and family to move to this place. And if I find a place that treats my parents like before I will leave conviva
