Specifically, Evon Robinson and now Dr. Menon have been trustworthy, dependable, and proactive--they've cared not just for him, but about us as a family. We've been dealing with a lot of uncertainty and concern, but Dr. Menon's professional, proficient, and empathetic attention has produced both results and reassurance. Nury, the Case Manager Nurse for Dr. Menon, is another testament to the comforting care we've received--she is knowledgeable, patient, understanding, thorough, and accessible. We've counted on her and she has always come through--we're convinced it's because she genuinely cares. There are so many others too: Orlando, Nate, Jeanne, Lisa, the folks in records, the ones in referrals, and the ladies at the front who check you in, make appointments, and sort out your questions--they've all been professional, personable, and helpful to us. We rely on Conviva Wellington and, no one there, has ever let us down--we're confident, they never will.
