I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with them from the very first time I called them, to leaving his office after this last round of dental treatment. One thing that impressed me is the first time that I visited his office, I was given the opportunity to sit with him in his office and get to know him a bit personally before dental work was even discussed. He listened to all of my concerns, was very thorough in all explanations, and wanted to make sure that I understood all treatment options, as well as what I would be getting into with each one.
Each time that I have an appointment, I am never left waiting. I am always immediately greeted, and typically brought to the back within a couple of minutes of my arrival every time. This impresses me, as I know that he and his staff offer quality one-on-one services, and I know that he isn't rushing me simply to get to the next patient.
I doubt that anyone gets excited to visit the dentist for any kind of treatment, but because of the way that Dr. Thanki and his staff at Complete Family Dentistry treat me every time I visit, I look forward to returning IF I ever do need additional work. I haven't had a dentist like him and would gladly recommend him to anyone!
