From the moment I walked through the door, I felt like just another number rather than a patient in need of care. The office staff's attitude was nothing short of rude and uncaring, which significantly impacted my overall experience.First and foremost, the receptionists were unwelcoming and seemed disinterested in assisting me. They barely acknowledged my presence and provided no guidance or information about the necessary paperwork or procedures. Instead, they seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated.Moreover, when I finally had the chance to interact with the nursing staff, the experience didn't improve. They were brusque and lacked any sense of empathy or compassion. Instead of taking the time to listen to my concerns, they rushed through the process, barely answering my questions and disregarding my anxieties.To make matters worse, when I finally met with the doctor, I felt rushed and unheard. It was clear that they were more focused on keeping to their schedule than addressing my medical needs. They barely spent any time with me, dismissing my symptoms without proper examination or explanation. I left the office feeling unheard, confused, and frustrated.The overall atmosphere of the practice was cold and impersonal. It lacked the warmth and care that one would expect from a medical facility. As a patient, I believe it is crucial to feel valued and respected during a medical visit, and unfortunately, that was completely absent in this office.I understand that doctors and their staff can be busy, but it is no excuse for the dismissive and rude behavior I experienced. As a paying patient, I deserve to be treated with respect and compassion, regardless of how busy the office may be.In conclusion, I would not recommend the practice to anyone seeking quality medical care. The lack of professionalism, empathy, and respect from the office staff made my visit an incredibly unpleasant one. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving their patient care, as no one should be made to feel like just another number in a medical office.
