After the fact. I thinks that’s illegal. I didn’t say anything then because what could I do after the fact. Then, say if appt its been snowing for days and we had an emergency and couldn’t make it to our appointment so we call and she gets nasty talking about a fee to reschedule. I know it wasn’t ideal but how do you think we feel. And office is open that day until 2pm with or without us so I don’t understand. We will 100% not be rescheduling with this dentist and his rude secretary. And reading all these other reviews I’m thankful we dodge a bullet.
