My provider, Daniella Losey, and the staff at CODAC saved my life. When I showed up at CODAC 380 a few years ago, I had just been released from the hospital after a week for severe withdrawal related to an addiction. I was mentally and physically ill, depressed, discouraged, and lost. Even struggling with suicidal ideation at times. Today, thanks to Daniella and the caring staff at CODAC, I feel like I'm back to the person I used to love. I'm free of my addiction. I'm mentally and physically more resilient, and I'm working to return to my career as an RN. I'm finally optimistic and hopeful about the future. Daniella has been an absolute blessing from God, and I'm so thankful for everyone at CODAC. Please don't give up, whatever your struggles. Let these amazing people help you. They really do care, they take the time, and they want you to succeed. Thank you, Daniella and CODAC so very much. Edit: I wanted to add a bit to my review. The folks at CODAC really are the most responsive healthcare providers I've ever used. A couple weeks ago, I had a change made to my treatment regimen. I called CODAC because I had some concerns and questions. Right away, I was connected to a medical assistant. No waiting and no need to make an appointment. The MA, Becky, answered my questions and gave me some helpful advice. I appreciated the immediate response to my concerns. After hanging up, I figured that was it, and I'd see my provider in a couple weeks. However, after speaking to me, Becky notified my provider of what was going on, and they were able to provide some additional help with the issues I was having. I didn't expect that. These people take your care seriously. They won't leave you hanging if you're having problems, and they actually call you back and follow-up. If you haven't been around the healthcare system much, you probably don't realize how rare and wonderful that is. Anyways, just wanted to give my props to Becky and the rest of the staff at CODAC. These guys are the best!

2022 I am a member at Codac and just wanted to take a minute to say that Ann, one of the dosers is such a beautiful person. She has helped me in several ways in the year that I have been there. I just want to say thank you to Ann for her help and conversations with me. August 2023 Emma Mangen is my new recovery coach. The one before her was recently let go. However, Cheyenne had the paperwork done for me weeklies and they were "at large". Emma right away had me go in and take care of it. She was very new to Codac and of course I was concerned. Emma handles everything like a champion. Easy to talk to and be your true self. She was a blessing in disguis. Very accomplished to the point that you would never know she was new. She made me feel special. Professional yet extremely kind and patient. It was a nice feeling knowing that she was in my corner. Emma is one of those employees that is a keeper. You don't want her walking out the door. Being new and doing that well who's to say where she is headed with Codac. Thank you once again Emma for the time you spent with me and for me. When we stood up I couldn't help but to give her a hug. I'm not used to people being there for me and to say the least I am most grateful. With true sincerity, Sonny Rubey Update October 4, 2024 I have been with Codac for more than 2 years. I get monthly take homes. The people that work there are all nice and patient with me. There are many people that work there that are very friendly. I have a new provider there. Dr. Melanie Martin. She is fantastic. I see her once a month and we have an excellent rapport. She is taking very good care of me. Codac has been good for me. I happen to think without them I wouldn't be doing so well now. I will always be grateful for their help. Sonny Rubey January 16, 2025 Update Been here over 2 years and went right through the stages. You have to want it for it to work for you. Dr. Melanie Martin is my provider there and she cares. Easy to speak with and be honest with. Aimee works at the front desk and she always remembers my name. Ruben is in charge in dosing room so everything runs smoothly. Willie works in the dosing room and is great also. So many truly good people there that will help. I go once a month. You can do it too! Sonny Rubey

I have been with Codac now for a little over three years. When I first enrolled, I was given a Recovery Coach , who was really not invested in my recovery. She never once reached out to me or contacted me or anything eventually after advocating for myself, I was given Kim. Kim has been amazing to say the least . She helps me whenever I ask her for help. She’s always calling and checking on me. She is truly an amazing Recovery Coach . Codac needs to make sure they don’t ever let her go. Also, recently I was taking women’s IOP classes and Michelle was my instructor. Michelle was a phenomenal instructor. She truly does care about the women that are taking her class. She make sure we’re understanding the lessons. She makes sure that we’re getting the help that we need and she makes sure that she’s helping every single member. I can honestly say she has really helped me become such a better woman, wife and mother. While taking this class, there were some subjects that were very hard for me to talk about but as part of the healing process and part of recovery, it’s something that you need to do and Michelle really helped me talk about trauma and overcome that trauma and start Finally healing. She is such an amazing human being. Also I can not forget to mention Matt! He has been so wonderful to me and my family anytime we are there. At one point I had a little issue going on with another member, and he really helped me deal with the situation and really did everything he could to de-escalate the problem and he was so accommodating for me. And anytime I set foot at codac he is always so friendly and loving and caring! And of course I can not forget Dr. Grant. He has been the best provider I have had at codac. He is so caring and understanding and really truly is invested in his patients and their recovery. He helped me get clean and see that there is such more to life then just addiction. Codac has saved my life and I will forever be greatful for the team there! It really bothers me when I see such negative things being said about codac and the team because they really do care about their members and really care about helping them with their recovery. I think some people forget that Codac is a support system not your momma or daddy. So if you really want to get clean and be sober you have to do the work. And the Codac team will stand by you and support you the best they can. Thank you to the wonderful team at Codac! You all are truely amazing and beautiful souls!
