There are just a few knits to pick. The biggest complaint I have is the lack of a rack. There is only a smith machine. This is less than ideal if squats enter into your workout. Considering that there is an over abundance of single work out cable circuit machines, this really needs to be addressed.
Additionally, there is a the typical problem of gym etiquette. Most of the members here are beginners or casual and I don't blame them. The resident trainers, I have noticed are very bad. Even when they are training someone, they leave equipment lying out (sometimes in main pathways) and never put it back, they don't wipe down upholstered equipment, and they rarely rerack weight. On more than one occasion witnessed a trainer instructing someone in step-up type drills on an upholstered bench, even though there are several other apparatus designed for stepping up available. I would also like to see shoes be mandatory and I would like to see all posted rules be enforced.
I realize the bulk of this is negative, but I really do like the gym. When they add a rack, I'll say five stars for sure.
