I’ve been a patient there for over 25 years and during the earlier years, there was a period of time where I found it very difficult to work with a particular member of the nursing staff. He was not very friendly. He would make it difficult to get my scripts filled, sometimes even being a barrier and preventing me from getting them.
It held up my fills more than once and became very stressful. i began looking for another provider because of him.
But then there seemed to be a big change in the practice. The person was no longer an employee there. Im sure I wasn’t the only complaint, and it’s likely that the office made things right through the proper professional channels. So they probably knew for awhile.
But also, the sons joined the practice and it has been thriving since. The office got remodeled, another location opened.
It has been about 10+ years now (?) and the office has been consistent in their professionalism, friendliness, attentiveness. I see Dr. Ryan and he’s great. He has a fresh perspective and listens freely, engages my concerns, never making me feel rushed. I have a lot of undiagnosable issues and he has been so patient, determined to help me work through them by prioritizing and addressing them.
We talk about our kids, vacations, and of course football. The business is definitely moving forward and expanding, but hasn’t lost the small home town feel.
I know this is overly wordy, but I can’t say enough about everyone at Clarke Family Medicine.
