I am writing this review to share my unfortunate experience with CJ Dental.
Michael, who manages the office, behaves more like a car salesman than a healthcare professional. His primary focus is making money rather than providing genuine care for patients. Additionally Michael uses a selling point that there are less than 100 CT machines in the US, that is a lie. This approach compromises the quality of service and the trustworthiness of the office.
Additionally, the office cleanliness is subpar. If you walk into the office and location you will see for yourself. When i went to the office there was no internet and it did not work all week, which is a normal for them. They could not get their CT machine to work and did not even have the proper paperwork to fill out so did things they are not supposed to. I have witnessed machines not being cleaned in between patients. The contract says 1 year warranty in small writing even though Carlos and Michael say "2 years" so it scams you. Given these conditions, I would not trust this establishment with my dental care. If a dental office cannot pay attention to every detail big and small how can they pay attention to your smile.
Carlos, the dentist, along with Michael, have been deceptive and unapologetic in their conduct. It is extremely disappointing and clear that their priority is profit over patient care and employee well-being. Do not let Michael intimidate you, he does not know how to run an office, that is why it has not been doing well and so they are desperate for patients. Do not let Carlos get in your face, he has a lawsuit against him attacking a customer.
I strongly advise against trusting this office with your dental health or considering it as a workplace. There is a new affordable implant office that opened very close and much higher quality of service.
