We got an organic mani & pedi with gel nail polish. A huge color selection to choose from. They all seem very nice and you get the attention of your nail tech 100%, from start to finish. They offered us water and asked how they were doing and if we liked the work throughout the entire process.
On a side note, before you get there please make sure you look at the prices. There was a lady who threw a fit at the techs over her confusion as to what she was being charged. Make sure you reserve the embarrassment before you get there and do your own research as to what you want and are willing to pay, they do present you with their service menu to make sure they give you what you ask for along with set prices next to your choosing. Also, tip your nail techs for their work that they brake their backs doing to make you happy.
I will definitely be recommending Chloe to family and friends, it’s worth every penny. 8 visits and counting, I have yet to be disappointed with any of the nail techs that have served me.
I have an update: I use to love this place, I have not been there since last year when I was 8 months pregnant, decided to go to pamper myself and I had the worst experience I’ve ever had here. Many years of going and I had never had a bad experience until this. Went for a mani and pedi and the man who did my nails literally took the same nail clippers from another nail tech right off from finishing another clients toes. Didn’t sanitize them or anything. I was so disgusted and have been disappointed. This was my go to place, I didn’t realize that I needed to keep an eye out on every detail of my nail tech, every other time I had gone the ladies were so clean, it seemed, and very attentive to my personal needs offering me water and constantly asking for my opinion on how things were going for me. It’s hard to find a nice nail salon that will be clean with their facilities but also with their tools! Unsanitary tools can cause serious infections and health issues. I’m highly disappointed.
