The problem is the rest of the office is atrocious. I've been trying now to get in touch with someone about billing I received in the middle of this month (August 2023) from January 2022. I just finally get a return call, and there's nothing that poor girl could help me with because she's teleworking. This isn't the first time I've had a mess up with billing either. And trying to get them sorted out is a huge pain. It should not take MULTIPLE calls, voice mails, and even contacting other departments to maybe get a call back a week+ later.

I can hope that this review will have someone reach out but I'm not holding my breath. I feel bad too, because honestly Dr. Perry did so much for me to help. I just wish I could get his services from anywhere else at this point!
