For context, I never once did or said anything inappropriate or disruptive:
-multiple call recordings of severe abuse by Katie (scheduling mgr)- Dr. Oddis, Dr. Pye, the Practice Mgr (Joel) all knew of this yet did nothing and refused to communicate with me.
Katie entered fake call notes, threatens to terminate many patients with zero reason (I was told in waiting room on several occasions), refuses to let patients speak calmly or ask questions. Zero follow-through on all plan of care. Zero communication from Practice Mgr Joel, which I attempted numerous times for several months, even sent call recordings. Katie falsified my medical records- I recorded my entire doctor visit, then she tried billing me for a EKG I denied in that visit. She lied and said she was "looking at EKG results from that visit date", then when I requested it, she immediately said she needed to go make sure the EKG was really done (after she had threatened to terminate me herself if I didn't pay for it... even though she has zero authority to do so.)
I never said I refused to pay- simply asked staff to confirm. I recorded this call with Katie + many others in which staff bullied me on speaker phone / threatened to terminate me. All staff refused to communicate with me in all my future attempts after this call, for zero reason. Multiple calls I heard staff lie about me & Katie fabricated tons of false allegations of me simply because I reported her verbatim words. She said these lies to me in attempt to protect the office legally, as my evidence could easily put the practice out of business. (My lawyer friends will work for me for free & I have ties to all the major GA politicians.)
-Joel lied after my first visit & offered to help schedule me, then ghosted me. horrific communication of the entire staff. They repeatedly told me things that were later changed and used against me to pretend I was difficult, constantly blaming me for THEIR actions!
