Read MoreI've read the 1 star reviews but my experience was good. Granted, there are no elevators for those with disabilities – you need to migrate upstairs from reception to the treatment area. On the plus side, they are forthcoming on your insurance coverage to best of their knowledge and sensitive of your budget. I believe they approximate costs to manage your expectations but, like most medical offices, they don’t know exact amount until doing a final submit to various insurance. That said, this office has given me reimbursements for overage payment on services twice. Reception and doctors are polite and professional, they always seem to be open even on some holidays and take walk-ins. In addition, office is fluent in multiple languages including Korean.
