I have been a loyal patient for several years because I absolutely LOVE my doctors here (Dr. Voelkel and Alyssa Fikes). If not for the two of them, I would be giving this practice a two star, maybe even one star review due to the lack of service from the scheduling department. Scheduling here is impossible.
I had to cancel my last appointment and left a message that I wanted to be rescheduled. I was still receiving reminders, and since I couldn't reach scheduling, I contacted the operator who was kind enough to check and ensure that the appointment had indeed been cancelled. The thing is, as I stated in my initial message when I called to cancel that appointment, I wanted to be rescheduled. It's now been nearly a month, with multiple phone calls to the scheduling department and I've left several voicemails attempting to get in contact with someone to reschedule my appointment. Even my husband has attempted to contact someone and even left his own voicemail.
I have over 15 years of experience with customer service, scheduling, and front desk responsibilities in general and this is not it.
I'd love to say this is just my experience, but I overheard a woman discussing a very similar experience with the front desk while I was waiting for my last appointment. I kind of blew it off and figured she was just having a bad day... Now, I realize that she was truly just frustrated at the lack of communication and professionalism she was experiencing.
I would really appreciate a call back from someone to get my appointment rescheduled and will consider updating my review after this situation has been remedied. Thank you.
