And if you need one, expect to spend a minimum of 20, minutes on the phone. They also did not inform us that our doctor left the practice which left my toddler without a doctor. But don’t worry, they’re happy to send you to urgent care. Horrible bedside manner. The front desk staff has always been so rude. And here we are, 600 miles away, 8 phone calls later, and they still haven’t sent over my daughters shot records to her new pediatrician. Even though the peds have sent formal requests and I have called. What a joke. I see why our doctors left the practice. Avoid. Run. Don’t use any office under bayview if you want someone to care about your health.
