I’ve had bad experiences twice before but I kept putting it off as they’re just busy and I took an understanding approach, but today they definitely showed me that this a standard practice for this location. I checked in for a 12 pm appointment, after waiting for 40 minutes after 12 pm, I had to go to the back to flag someone to talk to me. With the start of my scheduled appointment no where in sight, I asked to cancel. I’m sure if I had not flagged someone down I would’ve needed to wait maybe up to an hour after my scheduled time… if not just completely brushed off. It is without a doubt the most unprofessional and rude experience I’ve had at a salon. I will definitely never be coming back.
