Today she didn’t know about any of my previous history, seemed confused the entire time, and when i asked about serotonin syndrome (an issue literally every one of my previous doctors addressed) she was like “oh that is a possibility…” like she just remembered that combining two medications we were talking about could lead to dangerous side effects.After I had a bad reaction with a medication she prescribed I called and left a message, and she never got back to me. 5 days later I finally called the front office again they were super helpful and got me as soon as they could. My 5 minute appointment consisted of her shuffling papers, muttering and then standing up and telling me that in a couple weeks I can take a test that will help determine what will work for me. I asked about another medication in alliance with my treatment and she immediately dismissed me (again as she’s standing up with her foot holding the door open) you’re not allowed to ask questions, ask for explanation of your treatment or anything without her getting short with you. I had questions, concerns, and I wanted to talk more about my treatment because I’ve spent over $200 on medications the past 2 months that have made me really ill. None of this mattered. I requested my records and I’ll find another office that will take the time to let me finish my sentences.Dr Robert (I believe it’s segall or Seagal), i saw him for several months and he was attentive.Im updating my review to detail the ridiculous 2 month saga that has become of this whole thing.1st edit: I can’t see another doctor until they release my records. I’ve expressed how desperately I need my medication for my mental health treatment. I’ve since been unable to continue continue work and school, these people do not care if you live or die. I just need my anti depressants from another doctor and they won’t help me.2.The front staff while polite in the beginning have become so rude as I’ve had to call weekly trying to get updates on my records. I have been begging these people to release my medical records for 2 months now. I’ve been so polite during this whole thing because i am desperate to get these records. The lady Burma I think her name is borderline cruel as I was in tears just trying to get an answer about my records so I can get my medication. She was sighing in annoyance and being short with me saying they had been released the 19th of October which is strange because when I spoke to her last week (week of Halloween) she raised her voice at me saying that she was waiting on the Dr. and there’s nothing she can do about it.She then today (Nov 6th) was incredibly rude to me as I called to check because i had just gotten off the phone with record quest and they said that they hadn’t received the records still. She was highly annoyed with me and said we sent them on October 19th (but that wasn’t her story on the 30th.) I call BACK to record quest and AS IM ON THE PHONE WITH THEM she says “oh! We just got an email from your provider 4 minutes ago, they released your records”Which is it Burma? Was it the 19th or last week or today, which makes over 2 months since filling out a request? This place honestly needs to be shut down. I’m following up with a complaint with the state survey agency. No one should have to beg to and lose everything because their doctors office can’t send an email.
