If I could rate lower, I would. Appointment was made for 8:15 am. I was shown in fairly quickly. They asked some questions, got my history (why do we fill out all those forms for them to not even look at them and ask all the same questions that is on it is beyond me, but just about every place I've been is like this. Annoying, but par for the course).
Then I was told it would be just a few minutes and to go ahead and change into the smock and drape myself with the sheet they left. So I did. And I waited. And waited. *For 30 minutes, by myself, in nothing but that.*
I got myself dressed and went to the receptionist to reschedule. By this point it was 9:45. I had another appointment to get to that was across town, and now that it had been an hour and a half I was pushing it. While rescheduling the nurse and PA came back and talked me back into the current appointment. I did, reluctantly. The rest took maybe 10 minutes and I was very uncomfortable because of how this had gone so far.
Now when I was leaving they had to get me to sign a form of release for my records from past doctors. I did, and started to leave. I hear a doctor call out for a "Mrs. Henderson" several times. I didn't realize she was talking to me as that is no where near as close to my name. She caught up to me and said there was one more release I needed to sign, and it was then that I realized she meant me. I did inform her that my last name is not, in fact, Henderson.
The entire experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. I will not be making a follow-up appointment here. And I will never step foot here again.
