Front office staff was very nice, as well as the sweet pregnant woman that took me back into the room. However the doctors assistant was not very pleasant. I’ve worked in a doctors office for a few years so I understand when something happens and it causes other appointments to fall behind. It was almost 2 hours past my appointment time when I asked the doctors assistant, who was passing my room, how much longer it would be. It was a simple question, no sass or anger towards her whatsoever. With a mouth full of food, she very rudely said “he’s with another patient so it’s going to take as long as it’s going to take.” It was very unprofessional. Not once did someone come in and apologize for the long wait. Keep in mind i had someone waiting for me since i was getting anesthesia. So on top of my anxiety of going under and getting my wisdom teeth pulled, the rude assistant just pushed me over the edge. If I wasn’t in so much pain from my teeth I would’ve easily walked out. People have bad days, yes. But it doesn’t mean you have to be rude. With that being said, the doctor was very nice and my procedure went fine.
