Read MoreHorrible customer service and front desk personnel. Dr. Levin is wonderful and it's unfortunate that he works with such a team. I've stuck with them for years because of his great service. However, the office hours are not always maintained, the call service is often on during open business hours, I've waiting over 45 minutes for a scheduled appointment, and have received rude responses when inquiring about prescriptions/appointments/orders etc. Frankly, this office is a train wreck.At this point, shame on me for not finding a new provider sooner.
