I don't remember the last time my son cried hysterically. He is 7 years old and we have been there since when he was a toddler. We never had a significant issue like this. Thus, I kept telling her that this behavior is unusual of him, but I felt that she did not listen my opinion, instead simply tried to find a quick solution, "Shall we reschedule this appointment?" "We already hold this quiet room for your son next visit." I felt being pushed, rushed entire time. We got there 10 minutes prior to the appointment and my daughter who had the same appointment time as my son was still in a treatment when he calmed down. We spent more time driving to get there than the actual treatments because I thought it was worth it. We have been there since my daughter was a toddler and she is 15 today. After the last appointment, it is debatable to go there again or find somewhere else.
