When I need to speak to a nurse about my health, I always get a call back within about 30 minutes or less. I never wait in the waiting room more than 5 minutes, and once I'm on the exam room after the nurse leaves, I never have to wait more than a couple minutes for my Dr to come in. My nurse and Dr are very thorough and the bedside manner is perfection. I've had Dr. Strawser as my provider since my parents brought me to him as a baby/child. I literally trust him with my life. I have never had any complaints, and this is the only provider/office that I have EVER experienced all of the above with. Every other Doctor i have ever seen or taken my children to see, the wait time is nearly an hour or more, the wait times in the waiting room is 45 minutes to an hour, then there's another 45 minute wait in the examination room. Other providers seem to be in such a rush to get you out of there, it gives the impression that they don't care and are inconvenienced with questions or concerns. Brushy Creek Family Physicians, and Dr. Strawser, as well as his amazing nurse, should the the standard for ALL medical practices/offices/providers!
