We aren't too sure why this place is rated 4.7 stars out of 5, unless everything in bakersfield is just 20 times worse...without further digression, my Wife went here about a month ago about some issues she had been having with her teeth. The doctor here referred her to a specialist who was not covered by our insurance. That's not a big deal on its own, as maybe they didn't understand what fits our needs. Today my wife made an appointment for a teeth cleaning and a consultation on some pains she had been having in the neck/mouth. When she arrives she stated the concerns she had about being referred to someone outside of our network, and requested to be referred to a specialist who takes our insurance. Also, she requested a cleaning as she hasn't had hers yet this year. She left today with no cleaning, and yet another referral to an out of network provider... abysmal service.
