NO SERVICE WAS PERFORMED ON ME OR MOUTH FOR OVER 40 MINUTES OF WASTED TIME! MY TIME WAS WASTED! Had I known that this was going to waste MY time, and put a block on my schedule I would NOT HAVE COME! UGGGGH!- oh, and the MUSIC IS TOO LOUD FOR AN OFFICE OF THIS SMALL SIZE!
I had an appointment to get looked at for cavities, a cleaning, and to see about the overall health of my mouth, nothing complicated. I just got an implant in august.

I arrived at BG Dental Wellness and Cosmetic Center earlier than my appointment time at 12:00pm. I was greeted about 10 minutes later, there was a blonde lady and her daughter waiting as well to I guess check out. I am already not impressed.
-The front desk rep was nice, and did their proper sign in protocol. my insurance and information was taken. I seated and waited to be seen.
-There soon afterwards walks in two people a couple and they check in after me and they are seated. HOWEVER, There was one of the dental workers that came in the waiting room and called one of the two in the couple back before me! I have already waited and its my turn to be seen first. Very unprofessional. Their significant other was still in waiting room.
--I arrived at 12 noon, my appointment was at 12:15, someone else got called back before me, and I have now been here for over 20 mins! I am also working FT since this is the only time I can see a dentist.
-I finally get called back about 12 minutes AFTER the one of the two in the couple got called back. (the worker told me to go to the GREEN room, the rooms are painted (RED, YELLOW, BLUE, ETC.) I am sitting in the dentist chair, and their system had some sort of issue, which is understandable, HOWEVER, I have already been here over 20+mins into my appointment and not ONE DENTIST OR PROFESSIONAL HAS LOOKED INTO MY MOUTH, OPENED MY MOUTH, OR ADDRESSED ANY OF MY CONCERNS OR ISSUES! The worker who showed me to the GREEN ROOM was not able to login to her account and view my XRAYS which I had already sent over a WEEK BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT, WHY WEREN'T MY XRAYS ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM BEFORE MY APOINTMENT?!?!?! thats RIDICULOUS! -I walked out of the GREEN room on my own, and to the front desk and informed the clerk that no work, no appointment actually took place, no services were done, all I did was sit in two chairs, one in the waiting room and the other in the GREEN room for over 40+mins of my life and my time! I DO NOT APPRECIATE ANYONE WASTING MY TIME OR MY LIFE!
-OVERALL I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST PRACTICE TO ANYONE! DR.GUPTA AND THEIR ENTIRE OFFICE DOES NOT VALUE THE TIME NOR BUSINESS OF THEIR PATIENTS!
