At first I thought it was one of those scam false front business, because I called 3 other different clinics in there group ... same message with NO MESSAGE machine. Finally I called the administrative office of the group and finally got a message machine, which I told I would not be attending my appointment
if no one was there? got a call back in two minutes? It seems they receive their messages from patients by smoke signals, they offered NO new number, and didn't have a clue why 4 other of their medical clinics were not answering the phone. I figured I waited on hold for a total of 2 hours from four separate clinics NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE OR HAVING A MESSAGE OPTION. got office manager? with a brain?
