Bellevue Smiles bought the practice from my former dentist when he retired.
I went there 3 years ago for a cleaning and two crowns, one upper and one lower, in the back of my mouth. Not only did they put metal temporary crowns in my mouth, temporaries which didn't stay in very well and cut my tongue, the permanent crowns took 3 weeks to come in.
When those crowns came in, they didn't fit. I was told repeatedly that my teeth were the most difficult to work on. Two weeks later, the permanent crowns came in. I recall that one of the original ones ended up fitting better.
Why have I waited 3 years to write this review? Because over the past few weeks, those very crowns have started disintegrating!
I've never had a crown that fell apart after only 3 years, but I'm glad I'm getting new ones at last. My new dentist is excellent and doesn't think my teeth are difficult at all. At least, he doesn't tell me that.
I can't tell you strongly enough: Approach Bellevue Smiles with extreme caution.
