I am a beginner in Muay Thai so when I started here I was a bit nervous but they make you feel very welcome. I like that it’s a smaller gym and you get a lot of individual attention when you need it. There’s also quite a few time options for classes through out the day. The first class is free so I highly recommend that you come in and give it a try, you won’t want to leave!

I’ve been attending this gym and absolutely love it. Honestly from the first day I have felt like everyone is a family. We laugh and joke but work really hard. The coaches are very knowledgeable and work with people of all levels. It’s a clean and safe gym that I recommend to everybody especially my homegirls that want to learn self defense.
