Read MoreThis was the 1st time I attended this clinic. It is an urgent clinic along with regular scheduled appointments. The front office receptionist was very professional and kind. Since I came in as a walk in, and the only appointment was at 11, so, Instead of asking me to come back at 11, she was kind to complete all my paper work etc, etc,. I was in my examination room 5 minutes before 11. The medical assistant Shandel too was professional, friendly, and kind.
My next appointment is a regular one with a PCP - this will be my 1st time again with a new PCP. Let's hope it will go well too.
