I'm so sorry to see such a wonderful place have such bad reviews. I'd give 10 stars if I could! This wonderful dentist and her staff are delightful! Her office is so pleasant and clean and I love it. They always get us in. She saved my daughter's rapid decay and didn't have to remove any teeth. Whereas other dentists had my family in panic and tears over $5,000 and removing 10 of my 5 year olds teeth due to rapid decay. We brought our daughter to her and she fixed everything while my daughter sat watching Finding Nemo totally comfy. Without pulling any teeth, no enormous bill. She's fixed all my family members teeth for a portion of the cost of other dentists cost and the other's cost was WITH dental discount plans. I used to be so afraid of the needle numbing part while getting a filling but even that was no biggie with this dentist. It was not scary or painful. They have big windows with beautiful plants outside. And individual TVs in each seat. The office is so clean and nicely decorated. I'm saying quite a mouthful here but this dentist has been a huge gift from God to our family. Best I've ever been to. I do recommend to everyone if it comes up. I'm just very thankful for her. It seems like it's her own office and I love that because you feel very well taken care of, like family. And her team is always so warm and kind. She doesn't price gouge or seem to give false advice on dental work either. Very personal and professional. Thank you so much Ballet Dental. ;) I understand the total extremes in review postings for this office can be confusing. But in all fairness to everyone, this is her office and she runs it very smoothly and is very very busy. Is there sometimes a wait time, yes but when you're back there you can see why. She walks me out everytime and informs the front desk and gives a warm greeting goodbye. That takes a minute. And she is very thorough. The techs don't answer many questions because they really aren't in any place of authority to do so and that's understandable. They do talk in Spanish and that's ok. They are spanish and that's their language preference. And while she is clearly focused on my mouth she is still in control of the entire office and they all respect her very much and honor her I can see that but she may have to talk to her assistants while with me and honestly I really don't mind. She takes the time with each patient. I have been to many other dentist offices. And that's her office and she runs it professionally and I respect that. I do see many happy patients come and go also.

Absolutely Amazing customer service. Receptionist , dental technician and Dr Ballet was very thorough. Explained everything clear and concise. Best dentist for anyone to go to!! Sunshine Health did wonderful with this referral.
