I showed up here because I lost my insurance and could not go elsewhere even though there were already so many 1 star reviews for this place. They told me to fill out my paperwork at home and then email it to them because I had a fever and they were not letting people who had fevers have in person doctor visits due to COVID ( my visit would have to be a video appointment) . I went home, filled out the entire packet they gave me, and immediately emailed them the information at around 9:30 a.m. I then called them again at 2:30 p.m because I had not been given a call by the doctor and wanted to know how much longer it would take for me to be seen. The woman Araceli who answered, told me that the doctor had left at 11:30 a.m!!!!!! I was so upset because they had never mentioned that when I showed up that morning. If I had known that, I would have called earlier to ask how much longer my wait time was. If I had not called to follow up so early I would have had to go to an emergency room at a hospital because this happened on a Friday and most other clinics were closing soon. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE
