Read MoreI don't understand the majority of these bad reviews. Every time I've showed up to my appointments, I have been called into the office within 10 minutes of me checking in. In fact, I praise this practice for being so quick compared to other practices I've been too. My primary is Dr. Mitch Mayer, he is great. He takes time to talk to me about my issues and doesn't rush me out the door. Some reviews say they're "pill pushers", that's totally false, Dr. Mitch has always wanted to do other treatments before we got down to a prescription. I have dealt with Dr. Gupta and yes, she isn't the nicest doctor, so if you're looking for a doctor to listen to you I would stay away from her. She's very straight up and to the point and doesn't really want to chat. I have also dealt with a few PAs, they have all been great to me and answer my questions the best they could. I find it hard to believe that one of them told a patient that "you're lucky I'm answering your questions", just because you have a bad experience doesn't mean you should make up something. I have never had a single issue with their billing department. I 100% recommend Dr. Mitch and this practice.
