Read MoreI have never felt more at ease with any physician than Dr. Austin. She has excellent and professional bedside manners. Our whole family has been seeing her since 2008 and it feels like we've been long time friends. She makes sure that her office has as much medical information about a patient and always reviews them with the patient to keep it up to date and relevant... like a medical journal. A quite important but often neglected thing I think adults need to do to manage their health better.
Her staff are all also very amiable and professional. Her office/clinic is well-kept and always clean. The waiting room is a bit small (given the current social distancing requirements), but there is a spacious outside common garden you can enjoy while waiting if you prefer.
