It is clean. For the most part, the equipment is very well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are very clean. I enjoy exercising there. Most people are nice and friendly, even though, some times there are a few machine huggers.

I started working out here in October 2015. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The facility is by far one of the cleanest in the city. They offer a multitude of classes Monday- Saturday. The pool is very big also.

Only gym I found that had everything I was looking for! Lots of equipment, free weights. Pool, and a dry sauna. Perfect place to work out!!!!!
